last night my mom was out of town, so it was up to me to make dinner. I haven't had the best history of cooking and I've had to learn some (supposedly common sense) lessons along the way. but last night it actually turned out pretty good! (I should mention that my mom left very specific instructions but still. it's a start)which got me thinking. maybe this could be my (attempted) new hobby. because cutting up food and pretending you're a chef on the food network while dancing to music is just too fun NOT to do it all of the time.
