Mom and I walked to Sohut a few days ago to visit Deborah, an older lady who lost her daughter due to childbirth. In Lohutok, any family that loses a loved one is expected to provide food and alcohol for the community, and Deborah was preparing for this when we visited her.
As we were walking up the mountain, I was able to stop and get some pictures of the village.
